These beans have been sourced from the Central de Cooperative Cafeteras. a network of co-operatives representing over 6000 small farmers and their families.
It aims to export its members coffee directly and to support rural development through the improvement of amenities, sanitation, education and the provision of finaancial services.
As for the coffee.. it's roasted a little darker to give a pronounced hazlenut aroma, a dark chocolate flavour and a soft texture with a caramel finish. One cup is never enough!
