Delivery, Local Collection and Returns
Courier Delivery - UK Only
The Pantry at Manor Farm charges a delivery fee for parcels delivered by courier. The delivery fee is calculated at the checkout and takes into consideration the approximate weight of products, the size of the box and all the packaging needed to ship your order.
We do not hide the delivery fee in the cost of our products as other websites do as this would inflate the price of our food for our local customers. We appreciate the delivery cost can be off-putting and we are happy to discuss how to make the most of the weight allowance and space available in your box for your order. Please contact us via our contact form here if you wish to talk to us about how best to fill up your box before ordering.
If your order is placed after 9am on a Wednesday morning through to Sunday, it will be dispatched on the following Monday morning to avoid any products spoiling in transit over the weekend.
We expect our parcels to arrive the day after they are dispatched. However with current Corona Virus issues please note your delivery may take an extra day to reach you.
Below are the delivery options and associated costs, please note the weight calculation of your order is done automatically from the website and we cannot amend it. UK Mainland Courier Costs
- Lightweight delivery £15 (approx weight allowance up to 4.8kg)
- Standard delivery £20 (approx weight allowance 4.8kg to 19kg)
- Large delivery £30 (approx weight allowance up to 39kg)
UK Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland Courier Costs

- Please allow an extra day for shipment to non-UK mainland addresses
Unfortunately we are not using post offices at present so we are not offering postage via Royal Mail. We apologise for a recent increase in our delivery costs - courier costs have risen this year beyond the delivery charges we were passing on to customers. This is unfortunately beyond our control.
Local Collection (Pickup)
Orders for local collection can be made via the website (by selecting the "pickup" option at checkout). After receiving your order we will then contact you by phone or email to arrange a convenient collection time and date to collect your order. If you have any queries about local collection arrangements please contact Lynn by email on email@example.com.
Please remember to bring your own bags and boxes when you pick up your order, and also please let us know if you have any jars, lids and/or bottles to return.

Farming and animals...!
Please be aware we are a working farm, and the welfare of our animals is of paramount important. With this in mind we might phone you to let you know we can't despatch your order as detailed above because we are dealing with one of our animals who needs urgent attention, or we are lambing, etc. Under these circumstances we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible and we will leave messages for you. We will also email you if we can't speak to you directly.
