Doves Farm is a specialist in organic flour, with the brand based on an eponymous mixed arable farmstead located on the North Wessex Downs. It grows an impressive range of wheats and cereal grains, all certified by the Soil Association, using stonemill techniques to grind them into fine, premium quality flour.
We use this top quality organic flour in our bread machine most days, either on it's own or mixed with another flour such as Pimhill Stoneground Wholegrain Flour. Also perfect for oven baked yeast cookery and profiteroles. Strong, natural and organic flour... we wouldn't be without it.
