Bacheldre Watermill gently sieves their wholemeal flour removing some of the bran, to produce a light brown flour, into which organic malted wheat flakes are mixed, to produce a granary style loaf, full of texture and flavour.
The historic Bacheldre Watermill was first recorded in 1575 and today, the Scott family maintain the mill to produce a very high quality flour. The slow milled process only slightly warms the flour leaving all the natural flavours intact.
