A lovely cut of meat, breast needs long, slow braising, roasting or stewing to maximise the strong flavours of the meat. 

Our lovely flock of Lincoln and Wemadale sheep are raised to organic standards on our pasture in North Shropshire and the meat is professionally butchered by a local independent butcher.

We keep our Lincoln lambs until they are hogget, so around 18 months old, which is a more mature meat but not as mature as mutton.  It should be cooked in a similar way to lamb, either hot and quick or low and slow, depending on the cut of the meat.

All meat is supplied frozen.
