Having tried a few different types of Kimchi, this one is definitely my favourite!
It's slightly milder as it has a little less chilli, but full of flavour and crunch, perfect with grilled cheese, salads, rice and noodles. Packed full of live, beneficial bacteria as you'd expect with fermented food, and it's suitable for vegans.
Ingredients: Chinese leaf, carrot, daikon, spring onion, apple, ginger, chillies, salt, chilli powder, garlic, soy sauce. (Allergens: contains soy). May contain traces of mustard and celery.
